Dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds and small exotics. A few species carry destination restrictions, which we confirm in writing before you book.

Coverage

Door to door across the US. Long-haul by air or sea to most destinations that accept live animal imports.

Typical lead time

Two to three weeks for US. Six weeks or more where the destination requires an import permit or a blood titre test.

Crate standard

IATA-compliant and sized so your pet can stand, turn around and lie down naturally. Delivered ahead of travel so it is familiar by collection day.

Insurance

Included on every booking for the whole journey, not sold as an add on.

It depends on the destination. As a baseline most routes need an up to date microchip, a rabies vaccination within the valid window and an animal health certificate. We confirm the exact list for your route before you book.
No. A named handler is responsible for your pet on every leg, and rest, water and comfort breaks are logged to your tracking timeline as they happen.
Your pet must be able to stand, turn around and lie down naturally. We measure and fit the crate before travel, and deliver it early so your pet can get used to it.
