Where do I find my tracking number?

It is on your booking confirmation email and on any paperwork handed over at collection. It starts with PPL followed by digits.

My status has not changed in a few hours. Is something wrong?

Not necessarily. Status updates at recorded milestones rather than continuously, so there can be a gap during a long leg or a flight. If an estimate slips we log the reason against your number.

Can someone else track the delivery?

Yes. The tracking number is all that is needed, so you can share it with whoever is receiving your pet.
